Welcome to Reel Kill Charters– I am Captain Bryars Bishop and my passion is taking customers on Gulf Coast fishing charters for affordable prices. I grew up on the Gulf coast and Reel Kill Charters has been putting our loyal customers on the fish since 1970!
It’s great getting to show our guest the rich abundance of saltwater fishing available in our area. Lots of different species are in our area. From minnows to Marlin!

WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL CATCH FISH Reel Kill Charters runs out of San Roc Cay Marina in Orange Beach, Alabama. We specialize in fishing offshore for many species of reef fish such as Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish and Amberjacks and the Pelagics such as King Mackeral, Dolphin, Wahoo and Tuna. Charters run from 4 hours to 12 hours. Each charter is customized to meet the client’s desires.
Red Snapper season starts June 1st and we go where the big fish live. Reel Kill runs a 32 ft Twin Vee cat. We are fast and have just recently upgraded to brand new twin 300 hp Yamaha 4 stroke engines, but with a very comfortable ride and a steady platform when we arrive our fishing destination. Top of the line electronics, bathroom on board and plenty of fishing room make this a can’t miss charter. We provide all your tackle, bait and fishing license free of charge. Fish cleaning is available at a nominal charge.

The best charter fishing experience I’ve ever had!!!!!....I must have looked at 40 options for charter guides in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area, but chose this one because of his personality over the phone and that enthusiasm and genuine passion for his job carried over on the trip, not with just him, but the deck hand (Joe). They treated us with great customer service, always checking to make sure we were ok, and to see if we needed water or a beer, etc. When it came to the fishing, they were on it, wasted no time and put us on exactly what we wanted to catch. Not everyday will be as successful as ours, but they sure as heck will try to make it that way.

Wonderful charter, captain, and crew! My 11 year old son had the time of his life. He has dreamed about a trip like this for a really long time. We all know that dreams come true at Walt Disney World, but Reel Kill Charter makes dreams come true too. Thank you guys for an amazing day for my son and husband.

March 19, 2018Great Charter! Captain Bryars can put you on quality fish, and goes over the top to make you happy. I've been on several charters where you only get to fish how the captain likes to fish, this is definitely not the case with REEL KILL. Captain Bryars wants to know what YOU want to catch and HOW you want to catch them, and if possible he makes it happen. Awesome captain and crew!

Captain Breyer and his brother JD, went above and beyond to make sure all of us caught fish. He even found a spot for our grandson, Chad and his friend, to catch a 7 foot bull shark. All of us had an awesome time and I would definitely recommend Reel Kill charters for anyone wanting to go on a great fishing trip !!

August 11, 2017Excellent fishing charter. Went on a 6 hour afternoon trip and had a blast. I asked to catch a shark and CPT Mike made it happen on top of limiting out on Red Snapper. He knew exactly where to go and how long to stay there before going to the next hole. Whenever I am back I will definitely be using Reel Kill again. Bring extra cash for the deckhand tip. He was excellent and worth every penny. The work he does for you is worth way more than the 15% tip. If the fish are biting you will not go home empty handed and even if they aren't I am sure CPT Mike has a few tricks up his sleeve to make them bite.

Can't say enough good things about Reel Kill. Captain Mike had us on fish at every spot and our group of 5 (4 adults and 1 child) caught our limit of red snapper without any problems. Also caught a variety of other fish and even a shark (one off the bucket list!). Fun ride out - no seasickness. I actually think a smaller boat had more airflow and helped prevent this. Mike and his deckhand were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and we would definitely book them again in a heartbeat. Don't waste your money on more expensive charters when this one was far more fun and a guaranteed good time for experienced and non experienced fisher-folk alike. Thanks Captain Mike and Bryars!
